    About the role#

    The Administrative Fellow works under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer to gain exposure to the management of the Covenant Medical Group Leadership team. You will support the management of relationships within Providence St Joseph Health. The role involves direct collaboration with the COO, who serves as your primary preceptor to provide guidance and feedback. Projects are selected collectively based on your interests and regional needs.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with key administrative personnel on management tasks.
    • Complete projects focused on business and operations.
    • Work directly with the COO on professional development opportunities.
    • Participate in the selection of projects to ensure alignment with regional goals.

    What you'll need#

    • A Master's degree in administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Public Health, or Public Policy.
    • At least 1 year of experience designing, managing, and leading organizational change initiatives.
    • At least 1 year of experience with data collection, analysis, and creating written reports or proposals.
    • A valid driver's license and auto insurance.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Lubbock, Texas.
    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
    • The term is rolling.
