About the role#
The Project Management Intern supports the Project Manager and the wider team throughout the development and execution phases of construction projects. This role provides direct exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities. You will gain hands-on experience in project management processes while contributing to real-world infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
- Support the development of project schedules and track progress.
- Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
- Manage project documentation, including RFI submittals.
- Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
- Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
- Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation.
- Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
- Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Compensation: $24.00 per hour.
