About the role#
The Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern joins the Group Sustainability team to help manage and improve the company's non-financial reporting framework. You will work on aligning reporting with regulatory requirements and internal standards while supporting the team in data collection and process development.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework.
- Support the ESRS gap assessment and help formalize improvement plans.
- Collect and analyze non-financial information, including conducting data quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
- Update documentation such as the GRI Index and Basis of Preparation.
- Contribute to the development of reporting tools and digital solutions.
What you'll need#
- A Master degree in Sustainability, Economics, Sociology, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English, with good knowledge of French preferred.
- Previous experience in corporate sustainability is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
