    About the role#

    The Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern joins the Group Sustainability team to help manage and improve the company's non-financial reporting framework. You will work on aligning reporting with regulatory requirements and internal standards while supporting the team in data collection and process development.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework.
    • Support the ESRS gap assessment and help formalize improvement plans.
    • Collect and analyze non-financial information, including conducting data quality checks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
    • Update documentation such as the GRI Index and Basis of Preparation.
    • Contribute to the development of reporting tools and digital solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • A Master degree in Sustainability, Economics, Sociology, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Business Administration.
    • Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
    • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Fluency in English, with good knowledge of French preferred.
    • Previous experience in corporate sustainability is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
