About the role#
As an IT Help Desk Intern, you will support team member onboarding and offboarding. You will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and gain hands-on experience by working on real tasks within our Information Technology department.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and deploy laptops, iPads, and mobile devices.
- Provision user accounts and access across various SaaS applications.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records for equipment issued and returned.
- Document existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Assist the Help Desk team by responding to and resolving end-user support tickets.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior status pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a similar area of study.
- Knowledge of computer troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional drive and a strong desire to learn.
