About the role#
The Business Technology Intern provides support and assistance within the department while gaining hands-on experience. You will work closely with team members on projects, daily operations, and various tasks. This full-time, paid internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks assigned by the Business Technology Supervisor.
- Research documented items to find solutions for incidents and service requests.
- Log activities in the service monitoring system.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Business Technology Department.
- Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, chat, or other system methods.
- Enter and update call information in the tracking system.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to resolve issues or escalate calls.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Some education completed in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures.
Location & details#
- Location: Menasha, Wisconsin.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
- Travel: 5-15% travel may be required.
