    About the role#

    This internship within Lifecycle Services offers a chance to build your engineering, analytical, and customer service skills. You will work on continuous improvement projects that support our global service teams and help maintain contract accuracy.

    What you'll do#

    • Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services contract list for internal teams.
    • Update the Monthly Business Partner ID list to manage global customer access.
    • Write and publish work instructions to document team best practices.
    • Track expired contracts to identify cost and resource savings.
    • Review statements of work and proposals to ensure they align with contract entitlements.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
    • A focus on Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • A desire to provide high-quality customer service.
    • A valid U.S. driver's license.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
    • Locations include Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
    • This role follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work from a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
