About the role#
Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is hiring a Grocery Clerk for the Archerwill Food Store. This is a part-time, on-site position with a rolling term. We welcome students from Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Agriculture, and Human Resources programs.
What you'll do#
- Receive, examine, and warehouse grocery merchandise.
- Assist in planning and organizing merchandise displays for regular stock and promotional events.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and front end.
- Monitor the store to prevent unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Maintain a professional approach regarding attitude, dependability, and appearance.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- An energetic and upbeat nature.
- A desire to learn and perform duties with minimal supervision after training.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
