About the role#
This is a full-time paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Hagerstown, Maryland. You will work within the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, Aviation, and Security business area. The role provides hands-on experience in aerospace and defense, involving direct work on projects alongside industry experts.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Attend planning meetings to track project requirements, timelines, and team goals.
- Complete hands-on technical work assignments to build practical skills.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a college or technical school.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
