About the role#
As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside industry experts on real projects within our aerospace and defense environment. This program focuses on building your technical skills through hands-on assignments, mentoring, and cross-functional workshops.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to technical projects and team objectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Perform hands-on technical work to build your professional skill set.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Standing as a sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

- This position is based in Hagerstown, Maryland.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
