About the role#
KUTV is seeking interns for the Spring 2027 semester. You will work within the production department, primarily shadowing the studio crew during live news and sports broadcasts.
What you'll do#
- Operate equipment including robotic cameras, a teleprompter, and a Stream Deck.
- Assist with floor directing.
- Operate shoulder ENG cameras and audio mixers.
- Help maintain the production studio and control room.
- Complete other production tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Eligibility to earn internship credit through your college program.
- Ability to communicate clearly while under pressure.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- A relevant college degree is preferred.
