About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in youth sports management. You will split your time between coaching on the field and working on administrative tasks in the office. This is a paid, part-time position for the Fall 2026 term, running from August 17 to December 4, 2026. You will work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Support marketing initiatives to reach local families.
- Assist with daily business operations.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for working with children and promoting fitness through sports.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, and Psychology.

- Location: York, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 50% on-field coaching and 50% office work and events.
- Compensation: $7.25 per hour.
