About the role#
SRF Consulting Group is hiring a Roadway Design Intern for our Madison office. You will join our Civil Design Group to support highway and local road projects. This is a paid position with the potential for full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Help design teams create layouts, plans, reports, and contract documents.
- Work directly on various roadway and highway projects.
- Perform quantity calculations.
- Prepare project cost estimates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a civil engineering undergraduate program.
- Sophomore or junior level standing.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work as a self-starter.
Location & details#
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week during the summer, with part-time options available during the school year.
- Note: You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
