About the role#
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse for the 3SW Cardiac Step Down Unit at our Fort Thomas hospital. This is a paid, part-time position available on a rolling basis. You will work on-site to support our nursing team in a 23-bed cardiac and telemetry unit.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN.
- Assist patients with their daily living activities.
- Support the personal care and comfort of patients.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for your assigned patients.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in good standing at an accredited nursing program.
- Successful completion of at least one clinical rotation.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75.
- You must not be listed on the Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry.
- Basic math and computer skills, plus clear communication abilities.
