About the role#
This position supports the AI 4 IT Transformation Office at Sun Life. You will contribute to a multi-year initiative focused on scaling AI agents across global IT processes. The role involves strategic problem solving, change management, and executive communication support.
What you'll do#
- Partner with leaders to solve problems and develop recommendations regarding AI agents.
- Conduct research to identify AI opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and communication materials for senior leadership.
- Support AI 4 IT workstreams by structuring sessions, tracking decisions, and documenting actionable next steps.
- Design and execute change management and adoption strategies to scale solutions across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment.
- Analyze adoption metrics and value realization to support data-driven decision making.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint, specifically in the end-to-end presentation development process.
- Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Ability to apply strategic frameworks to ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Locations: Toronto, Ontario and Waterloo, Ontario.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (4 or 8 months).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
