About the role#
Super Soccer Stars is hiring coaches to lead youth soccer sessions for children ages 12 months to 13 years. You will work in schools, community centers, and parks across Long Island. This is a paid, on-site role with a rolling start date. We prioritize candidates with flexible availability during weekday morning, afternoon, and weekend hours.
What you'll do#
- Show up on time for every class.
- Provide individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Maintain a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children.
- Attend regular training sessions and follow the coaching manual.
What you'll need#
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to local sites.
- A genuine interest in sports, fitness, and working with young children.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A background in fitness or working with children is helpful. Relevant majors include Kinesiology, Psychology, Health Administration, and Public Health.

- Locations: West Hempstead, Elmont, Freeport, Oceanside, and Rockville Centre, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20 to $45 per hour plus paid training.
