About the role#
The Investment Operations Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience within our Global Investment Operations and Global Client Account Services teams. Interns participate in a formal orientation, receive mentorship from peers and senior leaders, and engage in networking events and speaker series. This is a full-time, paid internship program.
What you'll do#
- Perform business analysis and project management activities.
- Facilitate the creation of workflows and flowcharts to define business processes.
- Identify and communicate process and data trends to management.
- Utilize data visualization tools and programming languages to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
- Participate in the testing of system enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Open to all majors, including Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Economics.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to learning AI-augmented platforms.
- Work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
