What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client outcomes.
- Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Receive mentorship from professionals committed to your growth.
- Participate in a nationwide internship cohort program with potential opportunities to share your experience with executive leadership.
- Learn key areas including ASTM, DOT, and COE testing standards, project management fundamentals, and quality management systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
- An interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with Terracon’s values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
