About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You will work alongside professionals to turn classroom learning into real-world experience. Interns contribute to active client projects and develop consulting skills under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support project work and observe how technical decisions impact clients and the community.
- Develop skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report writing.
- Receive mentorship from professionals focused on your growth.
- Participate in a nationwide cohort program and share your experience with executive leadership.
- Learn safe field practices, testing standards, project management, and client communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related technical fields.
- Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity and teamwork.
- Alignment with company values.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
