    About the role#

    This internship provides practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You will work alongside professionals to turn classroom learning into real-world experience. Interns contribute to active client projects and develop consulting skills under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
    • Support project work and observe how technical decisions impact clients and the community.
    • Develop skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report writing.
    • Receive mentorship from professionals focused on your growth.
    • Participate in a nationwide cohort program and share your experience with executive leadership.
    • Learn safe field practices, testing standards, project management, and client communication.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related technical fields.
    • Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
    • Demonstrated curiosity and teamwork.
    • Alignment with company values.
    • A valid driver license with an acceptable violation history may be required.

    • Location: Carmel, Indiana.
    • Term: Summer 2026.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
