About the role#
As a Design Verification Engineering Intern, you will work within a team to ensure pre-silicon verification success. This role involves verifying complex mixed-signal circuits and contributing to the overall quality of our design verification strategies.
What you'll do#
- Create detailed verification plans in collaboration with design and system teams.
- Develop test benches, tests, and simulations to evaluate device behavior.
- Run coverage regressions to meet functional coverage goals for mixed-signal circuits, including real numbers, integers, and digital logic.
- Utilize RTL and Gates+SDF to verify chip-level timing between analog and digital circuits.
- Build constrained-random stimulus and auto-checking verification environments.
- Use regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for analysis.
- Track and communicate verification status, issues, and concerns.
- Suggest improvements for DV strategy, tools, and methods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Capability to work effectively within teams across different functions.
- Strong time management skills to ensure project delivery.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Initiative to drive results and build professional relationships with stakeholders.
