    About the role#

    Texas Instruments is hiring Manufacturing Technician Interns for our wafer fabrication facility. This role involves both equipment maintenance and process support. You will work on-site in Lehi, Utah, on a rolling basis.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
    • Use diagnostic tools and vendor documentation to isolate and repair malfunctions.
    • Run technical tests and experiments for engineering teams in the wafer fabrication area.
    • Monitor and audit production lines while providing guidance to line operators.
    • Test new products and provide technical support to process development and engineering staff.
    • Work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    What you'll need#

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Current enrollment in a Technical Certificate or Associates program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related electronics or manufacturing field.
    • Solid understanding of vacuum, RF, AC/DC, and digital electronic theory.
    • Ability to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble complex mechanical systems.
    • Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
