About the role#
The Familie is looking for an NIL Basketball Intern to support our basketball team. You will assist with recruiting, research, and daily operations related to prospective NIL talent. This role provides exposure to athlete representation and talent identification. You will work directly with our team to track athletes, monitor basketball developments, and provide research support throughout the recruiting cycle.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify prospective NIL basketball talent at the college and high school levels.
- Track recruits, including player information, rankings, and statistics.
- Maintain and update internal recruiting databases and prospect lists.
- Prepare player profiles and research summaries for internal review.
- Conduct research on NIL and college basketball trends.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university for the duration of the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of college and high school basketball.
- Familiarity with recruiting, player rankings, and transfer activity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week).
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Applicants must be eligible for class credit.
