    About the role#

    The Engineering Co-op Program at The Timken Company offers students hands-on experience at a global technology leader. This program is for students who want to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges while building professional skills. You will work full-time alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our products, manufacturing operations, and customers worldwide.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to real engineering projects with measurable business impact.
    • Gain experience in process improvement, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
    • Develop technical and business acumen through rotations in sales support and marketing.
    • Gain exposure to product innovation, engineering analysis, and customer-focused solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a full-time engineering Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited four-year university.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
    • Ability to relocate.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
    • Eligible majors include Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Aerospace, and Biomedical Engineering.

    • Location: North Canton, Ohio.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
