About the role#
As a Student Tour Guide, you represent the university to prospective students and their families. You will host visitors on campus, share your experiences, and help recruit new students. This role requires a professional attitude and a commitment to providing helpful service to everyone who visits the office.
What you'll do#
- Welcome campus visitors and lead tours.
- Market university programs and services to prospective students.
- Help families schedule and manage their campus visits.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize recruitment materials and track inventory levels.
- Participate in follow-up communication to answer visitor questions.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to prepare and deliver a presentation if selected for an interview.
Location & details#
- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, plus some Saturdays.
- Status: Paid, part-time position with rolling recruitment.
