About the role#
The Walsh Group offers a co-op program designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the construction industry. This program alternates between academic semesters and work rotations, helping you gain experience across multiple divisions. You will follow a structured learning plan intended to guide your career path and prepare you for full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with day-to-day project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
- Schedule contracts and materials.
- Manage project documentation, including writing RFIs and submittals.
- Participate in team meetings and support safety management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a cooperative education program at a college or university.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Availability to complete a 12-week work schedule.

- Locations: Bristol, WI and Mount Pleasant, WI.
- Term: Winter 2027.
