About the role#
The Walsh Group offers an internship program for students in the Georgia region. This program provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management. You will work on jobsites or in office settings to support our estimating and preconstruction departments. What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with daily project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
- Manage the scheduling of contracts and materials.
- Write RFIs and submittals.
- Participate in team meetings and safety management.
- Handle document control tasks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule.
- Willingness to relocate for specific roles if required.

- Locations: Atlanta, Cartersville, Jonesboro, Flowery Branch, and Social Circle, Georgia.
- Modality: On-site.
