About the role#
The Strategy Intern will support the development of the enterprise-wide evidence generation strategy at Therakos Healthcare Limited. You will work with teams in Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Clinical Development to help prioritize future research investments. This role involves assessing evidence needs and creating a single enterprise view of research priorities.
What you'll do#
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews across prioritized therapeutic areas.
- Identify evidence gaps across the treatment journey, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives.
- Assist in the creation of an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP).
- Develop structured evidence inventories and evidence maps.
- Create executive-ready presentations and evidence summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Strong scientific literature review and critical appraisal skills.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, medical research, or the pharmaceutical industry.
