About the role#
The Strategy Intern supports the development of the enterprise evidence generation strategy at Therakos Healthcare Limited. You will work across Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Clinical Development to identify evidence gaps and prioritize research investments. This role involves creating a single view of evidence needs and dissemination opportunities across the company.
What you'll do#
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews across prioritized therapeutic areas.
- Identify evidence gaps across the treatment journey, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives.
- Assist in the creation of an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP).
- Develop structured evidence inventories and evidence maps.
- Create executive-ready presentations and evidence summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through interviews and workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Health Administration, Data Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong scientific literature review and critical appraisal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, or similar scientific databases is preferred.
