About the role#
This internship provides a rotational experience within the Brokerage Sales team. You will work with technologists and business experts to gain practical experience across multiple desks. The program offers exposure to different products, markets, and clients while helping you understand the role of brokers in financial markets. You may be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion of your degree.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a rotational experience across multiple desks.
- Facilitate trading and build client relationships.
- Support activity across wholesale marketplaces.
- Explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within the business.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and day-to-day tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology.
- Ability to analyze problems, form a perspective, and present a plan of action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Motivation to work in a team environment.
- Curiosity to learn about electronic trading and market structure.
