About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program designed for current college students. You will work on-site at one of our facilities to gain hands-on experience in engineering. Participants receive leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to network with other team members. This position is paid and full-time.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects focused on Product Development, Failure Analysis, and Value Engineering.
- Perform Design and Verification Testing.
- Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex projects.
- Research and analyze technical core concepts to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a similar field.
- A cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least one prior internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports teams, or work projects.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship.
