About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering student to join our manufacturing plant in Carrollton, Texas, for a summer internship in 2027. You will work directly with our engineering team to provide technical support and assist in the execution of capital projects. This role offers exposure to processing principles, operating systems, and project management while you contribute to real-world manufacturing solutions.
What you'll do#
- Develop options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems.
- Provide technical and economic support to teams focused on improving current operations.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve defined problems and communicate your progress.
- Support key enterprise strategies and programs.
- Identify and champion the implementation of new technology and commercial applications.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging subject matter expertise in assigned areas.
What you'll need#
- Progress of 2 to 3 years toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well within teams to drive improved performance.

- Location: Carrollton, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5 days per week in the facility.
- Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour.
