About the role#
Turner Construction Company is hiring interns for the Fall 2025 term in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will work under supervision to build foundational knowledge in construction management, project financial management, and subcontractor relationships.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily activities related to the development of construction projects.
- Support the project team with material tracking, file management, document control, and meeting coordination.
- Provide progress reports to your supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and orientation.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) while on-site.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
- At least one year of completed education.
- You must be at least 18 years old to work on a construction site.
- A genuine desire to learn about the construction industry and management.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and comprehend written project information.
