    About the role#

    Twin Rivers Paper Company is hiring engineering students for a full-time, paid internship during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site at one of our manufacturing facilities to gain hands-on experience alongside experienced professionals. This role connects your academic engineering studies to real production outcomes in a mill environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Work with engineers and operations teams on process improvements and equipment optimization.
    • Collect and analyze data to support problem-solving initiatives.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects that link engineering principles to production goals.
    • Present a summary of your project work and what you learned to the leadership team at the end of the term.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Engineering.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A proactive, safety-minded approach to work.
    • Willingness to work directly in a manufacturing environment.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
    • Locations include Little Falls, New York; Madawaska, Maine; Potsdam, New York; and Edmundston, New Brunswick.
