About the role#
This internship offers broad exposure across our AI-first ecosystem. You will work on real-time projects that impact the business. Interns join a community focused on innovation, creativity, and technical growth. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed for undergraduate students who want to build systems and solve complex problems.
What you'll do#
- Develop, train, and deploy predictive and propensity models to evaluate customer behaviors, churn risk, and lifecycle triggers.
- Design, prototype, and test autonomous AI agents and tool-use workflows.
- Support micro segmentation and personalization efforts.
- Translate model outputs into tailored customer journeys for marketing execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Hands-on experience in applied AI and autonomous orchestration, including designing, training, and managing autonomous AI agents.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and cognitive computing such as NLP and NLG.
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and tools like LangChain, AutoGPT, Google Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in written and verbal formats.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and rapid skill acquisition.
- Business, financial, and data acumen.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.

- Location: Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
- Modality: Hybrid (includes work from home and assigned office days).
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible for 401(k) Savings Plan with company match and holiday pay.
