About the role#
As a Structural Intern, you will join our structural engineering group to work on diverse architectural projects. You will contribute to the design of commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. This role allows you to expand your engineering education while participating in our in-house staff development program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams on various architectural structures.
- Apply your technical knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
- Participate in staff development sessions and internal training.
What you'll need#
- A background in Civil Engineering with at least 24 hours of completed coursework toward a BS degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A sound technical foundation.
- EIT certification is preferred.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- This is an on-site role based in Texas.
- The position is paid and full-time with a rolling term.
