About the role#
The Graphic Design Intern will join our Marketing team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in North Andover, Massachusetts. You will work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with E-Commerce, Product Management, and Marketing Communications teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of A+ Content, product infographics, enhanced imagery, and other e-commerce creative assets.
- Adapt creative assets for use across retailer and distributor websites.
- Translate technical product features, installation information, and value propositions into clear, customer-friendly visual communication.
- Support the optimization of existing product detail pages.
- Assist with image editing, retouching, resizing, layout development, and the preparation of production-ready digital assets.
- Help organize and maintain digital creative assets and project files.
- Support competitive research and benchmarking of e-commerce content and digital merchandising best practices.
- Assist in measuring the impact of content changes using available e-commerce performance data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current student with junior or senior status pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong visual design, typography, composition, and layout skills.
- Ability to communicate technical or complex information through clear visual design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, respect, and accountability.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, and safety procedures.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.
