About the role#
The FP&A group leads financial planning and provides insights into corporate and segment-level performance. This internship focuses on portfolio analysis while supporting broader financial processes. You will work directly with teams across the organization to evaluate performance and support data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Conduct variance analysis against forecasts and investigate material differences.
- Perform monthly data integrity and validation checks.
- Create and maintain financial models.
- Compile property and portfolio-level financial data.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance metrics.
- Assist with facility-level forecasts and projections.
- Support preparation for quarterly earnings calls.
- Assess operator and tenant performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Participate in regular performance review meetings with segment leadership.
- Support ad hoc segment-level analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Major in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Toledo, Ohio.
- The term for this role is Summer 2027.
- Some out of area and overnight travel may be expected.
