About the role#
The Capital Markets Intern supports the Capital Markets team and the broader Corporate Finance group. You will assist in advancing investment opportunities and growth strategy. This position offers exposure to strategic initiatives and collaboration with senior management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare presentations and materials for institutional investors, Wall Street analysts, bank groups, and rating agencies.
- Support multi-year strategic planning presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Organize investor meetings, property tours, and conferences while responding to investor inquiries.
- Monitor trends in equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives markets.
- Conduct analysis to support balance sheet and capital strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate operational performance and strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, or MBA program.
- Academic background in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA status is preferred.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred.

- Compensation: $37.75 per hour.

- Travel: Some out of area and overnight travel may be expected.
