About the role#
Winland Foods is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our team in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is project-focused and involves both daily tasks and analytical work to help our operations run smoothly. You will work independently and with various teams to build your skills for a future career in supply chain planning.
What you'll do#
- Support accurate production planning and forecasting.
- Participate in demand reviews.
- Manage daily tasks and project assignments with guidance.
- Present your work to the Operations Leadership Team.
- Gain exposure to our manufacturing and distribution operations.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 2 to 3 years toward a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher, both overall and within your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Oak Brook, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday and Friday).
- Employment Type: Full-time paid internship.
