About the role#
Wipfli is hiring for a full-time Tax Internship for the Spring 2028 term. This is a paid, on-site position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. You will work directly with firm professionals to support client engagements and develop your skills as a business advisor.
What you'll do#
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections.
- Research tax issues and related financial reports.
- Use data analysis to identify patterns and support recommendations.
- Respond to requests from clients and firm associates in a professional and accurate manner.
- Conduct a limited number of tax return interviews.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
- Completion of a corporate or individual taxation course.
- Working toward the 150 credits required to sit for the CPA exam.
- A strong academic record demonstrating above-average competency in accounting.
