About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Tax Internship for the Winter 2028 term. You will work directly with our professionals to gain hands-on experience in tax preparation and client service. This role is based on-site in our Rockford office.
What you'll do#
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections.
- Research tax issues and review financial reports.
- Gather necessary documentation by responding to client inquiries.
- Use data analysis to identify information and support recommendations.
- Conduct a limited number of tax return interviews.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Completion of a corporate or individual taxation course.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Rockford, Illinois.
- Work modality: On-site, 5 days per week in the office or at client sites.
