About the role#
As a Gas Admin Intern, you will support the gas administration and leadership teams with daily operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring that project documentation is complete. You will gain hands-on experience in administrative processes within the utility industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist with job closeout packages by reviewing files and verifying that all necessary information is attached.
- Confirm that all invoices are correctly charged against the appropriate Work Order.
- Perform data and invoicing reviews to maintain record accuracy.
- Check websites to ensure that job-related paperwork is prepared and ready.
- Handle filing tasks and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as a Freshman or higher as of Fall 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Experience using Microsoft programs and SAP.
- Ability to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) during the summer.
