About the role#
This paid internship supports the mass market delivery and channel management team. You will help manage marketing programs that promote energy efficiency and beneficial electrification to customers and trade partners. You will work with internal teams and gain exposure to our vendors. This role offers the chance to support programs that provide incentives for energy usage changes or work with the trade and community channels used to deliver these programs.
What you'll do#
- Support the analysis, planning, and implementation for marketing campaigns, webinars, and trainings.
- Track program and event participation, budgets, and spend.
- Assist with forecasting activities.
- Manage web updates and data maintenance for programs and trade.
- Update applications and marketing collateral.
- Prepare information for monthly close and reporting processes.
- Help resolve service issues for customers and trade partners.
What you'll need#
- Current student with Junior status or higher as of Fall 2027.
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in products and services that support the transition to clean energy.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.

- Locations: Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027 start (May 31, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid with a requirement to work in-person at the designated office.
- Note: This is a paid position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
