About the role#
The Wild West Region Intern Experience is a part-time opportunity based in Park City, Utah, for the Fall 2026 term. This role focuses on ministry development, leadership, and community engagement. Interns work under the supervision of an area director or mentor to gain practical experience in religious ministry operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Assist in office administration when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college degree program, including majors such as Psychology, Communications, Political Science, Sociology, History, Nursing, or Philosophy.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Agreement with the Young Life Statement of Faith and commitment to the organization's ministry functions.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary of $750 per month.
