About the role#
Satair is looking for a Summer Intern to join the Customer Resolution Team in Herndon, Virginia. You will work with a team responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for spare parts for Airbus and competitor aircraft. This position is part of the Summer 2027 Intern Program, running from May 17th to August 6th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review the daily workload management of the Customer Resolution Specialist team.
- Identify and contribute to projects focused on improving workload efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Process Specialist to create training schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders for spare parts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Ability to work on-site in Herndon, VA for the duration of the internship.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Google Suite products.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $24 to $39.75, depending on degree program and year in school.
