About the role#
Airbus is looking for a Summer Intern for the Digital/AI Transformation team within the Aftermarket Customer Services department. You will work alongside management, digital, and technical teams to drive changes in work styles and operational processes. This role focuses on bridging the gap between technical AI concepts and business strategy to support organizational transformation.
What you'll do#
- Draft and send change communications, including workshop invitations, event emails, and progress updates.
- Plan, coordinate logistics for, and facilitate engagement workshops and change management events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather user feedback, assess adoption rates of AI and digital tools, and support continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic thinking partner in planning change management initiatives and aligning with key stakeholders.
- Design and refine high-impact presentation slides and visuals for leadership and team alignments.
- Manage active communications between the change management function, the digital team, and the tech team.
- Leverage your background in Computer Science and AI to bridge technical concepts with business strategies.
- Support ad-hoc departmental tasks and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated academic or project experience in Computer Science and AI.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Experience in organizing events, workshops, or creating structured presentations.
- Exposure to change management principles, stakeholder engagement, or corporate digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of modern AI tools and software engineering principles.
- Coursework or a minor in Business Administration, Organizational Change, Communications, or Technology Strategy is preferred.
- Introductory certification or coursework in Change Management, Agile/Scrum, or Project Management is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
