About the role#
The HRLDP internship offers graduate students the chance to work on projects within one of our HR Centers of Excellence. You will gain exposure to Global Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture Capabilities and Talent, or Total Rewards. Successful interns may be considered for the full-time HR Leadership Development Program, which serves as a pipeline for future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategy for the company-wide continuous learning movement.
- Support the launch of a new onboarding program for people leaders and new associates.
- Source a new talent management platform.
- Assist with university recruiting, internship programs, employment branding, and candidate engagement.
- Perform research, benchmarking, data analysis, and project support for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university for at least one semester before and after the internship.
- Pursuit of a graduate degree in HR or an MBA with an HR or management focus.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10 to 12-week schedule.

- This internship is based on-site at our headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The term is Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
