About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to work within U.S. Consumer Services. You will join a team that delivers benefits and services to Card Members across travel, dining, and retail. The role focuses on the operations behind our marketing programs and requires a balance of strategic thinking and technical coordination.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of campaign launches and delivery processes.
- Serve as a bridge between teams by translating business requirements for technology partners.
- Explain platform functionality and technical capabilities to marketing stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline marketing processes across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both marketing and technology teams.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to focus on customer needs while managing multiple priorities.
