About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You will work within the corrections division to support training and development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for correctional staff.
- Conduct research and analysis regarding correctional policies.
- Provide administrative support to the training and development team.
- Participate in meetings and contribute input on various training initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of programs and suggest improvements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of correctional systems and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You work well in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
