    About the role#

    The Graduate Intern for Well-Being Initiatives supports the planning, implementation, and assessment of programs that promote student wellness at Baylor University. This role focuses on fostering a campus culture of holistic well-being through outreach and engagement opportunities.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop and coordinate wellness programs, workshops, and events for the student body.
    • Support the Peer Health Educators and Well-Being Ambassador program with training, communication, and scheduling.
    • Create and distribute educational materials on topics such as mental health, substance use prevention, and stress management.
    • Manage communication channels including email, group chats, and social media to share resources.
    • Collect and analyze participation data to assess program effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with campus partners to improve outreach and provide administrative support like scheduling and record keeping.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Public Health graduate program at Baylor.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Interest in student development, wellness education, and promoting a healthy campus culture.
    • Experience in event planning, peer education, or student leadership is preferred.

    • Location: McLane Student Life Center 206, Waco, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week.
    • Compensation: $16 per hour.
