About the role#
This position provides administrative support to on-campus communities within the Campus Living and Learning department. You will serve as a resource for residents, families, and visitors while contributing to the security of residential buildings.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative assistance to on-campus communities.
- Act as a primary contact for residents and their families.
- Verify resident identity and monitor building access.
- Enforce escort and visitation policies to maintain community safety.
- Report concerns and issues to residence hall support staff.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a graduate student.
- Interest in majors such as Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Ability to work at least 10 hours per week between 7am and 1am.
Location & details#
- Location: University House, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Pay: $7.25 per hour.
